If like myself, after upgrading to Experience 9.0, you’ve been suffering from Kodi hanging on playback or seeking while using the Plex add-on, there is a temporary workaround: https://github.com/xbmc/xbmc/issues/20631
Another workaround would be to use the superior (IMO anyway) PlexKodiConnect addon.
