You do know that this is a 'known' issue .. and .. a recent bugfix was done (see https://github.com/abraunegg/onedrive/commit/f72f6c9262be404ab681d0c75fb99fce50e14403) - where the default libcurl options (which are meant to be defaults) were being overwritten somewhere / somehow and not being used.
