Personally I just use the uBlock Origin browser add-on, and I recommend using it next to Pi-hole/Adguard Home anyways. (Blocks youtube ads, hides ad-placeholders, etc)
Hey, love the list, been using for just over a year, recently realized that there are some newer malware domains that aren't being caught/added to any of the synced lists. - I'm not worried about manifest v3. hblock is way better than most ad blockers because it uses your hosts file to work. In other words, it's not constantly running in the background. Web sites can't detect it and it works any browser. It's worth mentioning the equivalent on Android is AdAway.
