You can look through the source and find out. The documentation isn't very strong for that library. From only a quick glance it seems like it validates one at a time and therefore wouldn't be able to aggregate them, but I could be wrong. I feel like validating at the same time as parsing a CSV is a bad idea anyway, why not parse it, get your objects, then validate?
