Go to https://github.com/lutris/docs/blob/master/WineDependencies.md and follow the instructions for your distro (also for future reference, when asking for help with getting something to run - or help with anything related to your computer, you need to always give as much information as you can. At minimum, your distro, kernel version, CPU, GPU, Nvidia driver version if you're on Nvidia, mesa version if you're on AMD).

I do recommend switching the runner to whatever the latest lutris-ge wine build is from https://github.com/gloriouseggroll/wine-ge-custom/releases, just download the tarball and extract it to ~/.local/share/lutris/runners/wine (you'll have to restart Lutris if it's open to see this new runner option). This will give the smoothest experience while also allowing you to install the Epic Online Services (go to your settings inside EGS itself, and you'll see an Install button for it).
