It's hard to tell from the formatting but it doesn't look like your db container has any ports configured. You're also using relative paths in your volume mounts which doesn't currently work well in Portainer when deploying from Git. I'd move your relative bind mounts to named volumes instead - you're already doing this in the nginx container.
