Their "supporting extensions" that they use are uBO, Privacy Badger, ClearURLs, HTTPS Everywhere, Cookie AutoDelete. They've also modified the original extensions a bit, "to fit a Breeze flavor" as well as other stuff. Idk what that means but modifying extensions doesn't sound too good. You can read about the modifications in their supporting-extensions repo. (Btw you can't actually interact with the extensions, I found that out after installing).
