google and privacy are to drastically different things. If you wish to remain private - don't use google. Use kagi or [https://you.com](you.com) or duckduckgo or any of the other private search engines that don't track you and sell your data.

I've looked into opening a URL in a private window using Terminal commands. As far as I've heard, there's not a command-line interface for Safari (as there is for Chrome). If you want a Workflow for this, I think you'd need it to be written in Swift or AppleScript (roll your own).
