As per blocking trackers, using exactly such a de facto standard as Adaway, you would ideally make it so that you blend in with most other users that block ads and trackers with always up-to-date (cat-and-mouse) default lists (a bit like FF+ubO on desktop). Indeed, we talk of smaller numbers compared with iPhones + safari tracking blocker, but I still see no extreme point of failure there. Also, one could recur to disabling locally apps' tracking libraries, option not given without root.
