It's called Lakka and it seems like a good way to repurpose older or unused machines.
You can learn the basics of programming with this cool free software called Scratch. Of course gaming is fun, but imagine one day being able to program your own!
Also idk if anyone else said it but download Playnite if you're doing emulation stuff. It's a game manager that handles all the metadata for games once you point it to the file. You can even configure emulators with it so games you want to play auto open with the correct emulator. Literally just downloaded it the other day and I'm glad I did.
Btw, if you're into niche emulator functions, there's a tool to launch the games when you insert a disc.
