Well then don’t use a pi but your Mac. The pi is nice because of the low power usage but you can do pretty much anything (and more) on your Mac. It’s all about get going and finding something fun to do. Look at your hobby’s and try finding something for that maybe. Or look at such a list like this https://github.com/awesome-selfhosted/awesome-selfhosted try something and if you decide to run a service long term go get a pi and do it headless. All of the problems you will encounter will be solved by googling and investing some time. But that’s the fun (most of the time) :P
you could just install webmin on the pi via CLI and access it through the web instead.
