Let's take a moment to thank Joshua Nelson for his work on rustdoc 🎉

  • team

    Rust teams structure (by rust-lang)

  • As some of you may know, u/jynelson recently stepped down as co-lead of the rustdoc team after 2 years of being part of the team (and later as co-lead). His (often thankless) work on rustdoc, docs.rs, and the rustc dev-guide has been instrumental in making rust an amazing language for writing and reading documentation for everyone. For this reason i wanted to spend a couple minutes highlighting some of the major changes we sometimes take for granted.

  • rust

Empowering everyone to build reliable and efficient software.

  • https://github.com/rust-lang/rust/issues/88791 - looks like it's close!

  • InfluxDB

Power Real-Time Data Analytics at Scale. Get real-time insights from all types of time series data with InfluxDB. Ingest, query, and analyze billions of data points in real-time with unbounded cardinality.

  • docs.rs

    crates.io documentation generator

  • docs.rs is probably one of Rust's most important features for me, it completely replaced stackoverflow for me and also makes me more confident in the code that I wrote as a result, and makes diving into new libraries a breeze, even if they are new and relatively unknown. I have yet to work in another language with so much documentation, so easily available.

NOTE: The number of mentions on this list indicates mentions on common posts plus user suggested alternatives. Hence, a higher number means a more popular project.
