If I remember right, Emuelec changed their default file structure a while back, so some folders are renamed or changed where they're located. If the folders aren't automatically made on install, you could always add the folders yourself. Here's the Emuelec wiki that shows what the folders are called. Make a new folder using the name found in the ROM Path column.
