No, Mint is not arch based. You have a deb file tho. You can download the file from here (I found the link from the official github project) and download the Ubuntu deb file which should work on Linux Mint. I only know how to install deb files from the console since I've never used Linux Mint so you now have to open the command line on the folder your deb file is and type sudo apt install ./name_of_your_deb_file
