I'm network/security guy myself but as I gave a jab at this, my basic understanding from his problem is this: * His IPv4 configuration in local is done correctly since it works * His portforwarding correctly too, but in my opinion he could do virtual server port-forward instead to make sure that the ports are open for that server specifically to eliminate risky wildcard port open * He is running on IPv6 which is not supported by FoundryVTT on my quick researtch on this topic * His IPv4 External ISP address is configured and he is receiving it but it has no routing options setup on ISP's end so it is not functioning. * He should invest time in setting up either Appache or Nginx reverse Proxy to bind Dynamic Name Server domain etiher from https://www.noip.com/ or https://www.cloudflare.com/ with his IPv6 with AAAA record * With reverse proxy eliminate other unecessary ports and use only 443 TLS/SSL port with full cloud-to-server CA and as well get a certificate from ACME with certbot :)

CoC7-FoundryVTT
An unofficial implementation of the Call of Cthulhu 7th Edition game system for Foundry Virtual Tabletop
The IPV4 address showing in your invitation link is, most definitely, not going to work if you have IPV6 and I can pretty much guarantee your ISP uses CGNAT. I strongly suggest you drop into the community discord server at https://discord.gg/foundryvtt --- and the #install-and-connect channel specifically.
