  • thinkfan

    The minimalist fan control program

I'm writing my own script because, even at very low temperature, thinkfan writes 'level 0' to /proc/acpi/ibm/fan every 120 seconds to prevent the watchdog from resetting the fan to auto. In my T14 gen 2, this writing causes the fan to spin up for half a second or so, which is a bit annoying. Same problem reported here: https://github.com/vmatare/thinkfan/issues/114

  • InfluxDB

Power Real-Time Data Analytics at Scale. Get real-time insights from all types of time series data with InfluxDB. Ingest, query, and analyze billions of data points in real-time with unbounded cardinality.
