Technitium DNS Server
I use technitium dns ,(there is an official docker image too). Just set your domain to point to your Nas, and allow recursive DNS to the DNS provider of your choice (eg. 22.214.171.124 for Google's dns). You will have to set your Nas as the DNS server in the DHCP settings on your router.
