OSX on QEMU freezes after some time with EAGAIN error

  Tools to set up a quick macOS VM in QEMU, accelerated by KVM.

I'm trying out https://github.com/foxlet/macOS-Simple-KVM and followed the README exactly. Everything initially seems to install, run, etc, but after some time (30+ minutes?) the OSX guest freezes. It captures my mouse/keyboard input, but there's no response from the guest. strace on the qemu process spews out this:

I've tried multiple OSX versions and even https://github.com/kholia/OSX-KVM, but it has the same result - OSX stops responding after some time and strace hows that QEMU is stuck with the EAGAIN error.
