SurveyJS
Open-Source JSON Form Builder to Create Dynamic Forms Right in Your App. With SurveyJS form UI libraries, you can build and style forms in a fully-integrated drag & drop form builder, render them in your JS app, and store form submission data in any backend, inc. PHP, ASP.NET Core, and Node.js.
First, as an extension to Bamma's recommendation for a strict folder structure, you may want to consider project scaffolding through nx: https://nx.dev/ They wrap the angular cli to create a monorepo type environment. They do other things like setting up esLint, Jest and Cypress which are all more modern (and sustained) alternatives to what Angular comes with out of the box (ts-lint, karma, protractor). If you're starting an enterprise project, I'd recommend starting with nx. You can do all of this without nx, of course, but it's significantly more effort.
