Is Freescout ("The free open source alternative to Zendesk, Helpscout") violating GPLv3 with its paid modules? They banned me from their Github for asking.

  • I opened a Github issue to ask an entirely honest and sincere question regarding your licensing of modules (see: https://github.com/freescout-helpdesk/freescout/issues/1608 for the original), and provided what I had intended to be constructive criticism in relation to my initial experience with Freescout. I had just begun the work to develop a One Click Deploy application option for Caprover so that your software can be easily installed by the members of that community. In response, I was given a flippant reply to my feedback, no response at all to my question, and have apparently been subsequently banned from opening issues on your Github repo altogether. Is this really how you handle questions and feedback from someone who would very much like to support this project?
