Add Custom Context Menu For Windows11

You can use Custom Context Menu to add PNGquant to show when you right click on PNG files. Same for ImageMagick or any other program that accepts command line parameters, like a file or a folder.

  • ImageMagick

    🧙‍♂️ ImageMagick 7

The way I do this is to use PNGquant to reduce the size of the PNG screenshots that are bigger than Discord's limit. I use Snipaste as my screenshot tool but whatever you use, you can run PNGquant on the saved file and its size will be greatly reduced without affecting its quality. My fullscreen screenshots are 1440p and they end up being almost half their original size so it works great for when one reaches Discord's limit. Can't speak about 4k resolution but you can give it a try. If the optimization is not enough you can resize it to 1440p or 1080p if needed. For that, I'd recommend ImageMagick.

  • WorkOS

The modern identity platform for B2B SaaS. The APIs are flexible and easy-to-use, supporting authentication, user identity, and complex enterprise features like SSO and SCIM provisioning.

  • greenshot

Greenshot for Windows - Report bugs & features go here: https://greenshot.atlassian.net or look for information on:

Use can use Greenshot and make the hotkey PrintScreen. The program allows you to set the picture format, quality, etc.

  • ShareX

ShareX is a free and open source program that lets you capture or record any area of your screen and share it with a single press of a key. It also allows uploading images, text or other types of files to many supported destinations you can choose from.

I use sharex for screenshots. Lightweight, with a built in image editor, as well as the option to upload images to imgur so you can share images without file size restrictions. It has tons of useful features but it would definitely solve your problem.
