I bought a GK61 from amazon recently, and I've been trying to customise the lighting. I've heard the official software has issues, but there's another software called GK6X which I hear is good. However, when I try and use GK6X (both the command line version and the web gui version) it tells me there's no device connected (the command line version just displays nothing, but if I do 'map' it tells me there's no device connected). Does anyone know how I can do this? Thank you
