I believe that Shadowplay uses NvFBC, there's a patch (https://github.com/keylase/nvidia-patch) that unlocks it for consumer cards but there's no way that I know to use it with OBS
NvFBC plugin for OBS: Created because there was no way to do screen-capture on Wayland. Now the author has abandoned this plugin because there's a screen capture API on Wayland which has the same level of performance (NVIDIA implemented the Wayland framebuffer capture API).
