InfluxDB
Power Real-Time Data Analytics at Scale. Get real-time insights from all types of time series data with InfluxDB. Ingest, query, and analyze billions of data points in real-time with unbounded cardinality.
You'd need an eclectic mix of hardware that means it's not likely to be something done lightly without a bit of prep but if you were there longer term or had the bits there's no reason a router running something like openmptcprouter with the WAN interface configured up on wifi interfaces wouldn't work. You'd need an external endpoint to 'reconnect' the disparate output streams but the tech is sound and would work, despite the naysayers in other answers.
