Except now I'm switching from Java 11 to 17, and therefore from nashorn (which has been removed) to graal.js, and apparently graal/Truffle has some kind of issue where some Truffle files get overwritten inside the fat jar. I don't really understand what's going on, but the proposed solution is to not use a fat jar, and instead just use a normal jar with a classpath.
