EasyList Germany, EasyList Italy ... and similar are already included in OISD, so you do not need to duplicate those... see the https://oisd.nl/?p=inc for inclusion (actually there are more than just this list). Additionally you can check what is included in 1Hosts (Lite) here https://github.com/badmojr/1Hosts/blob/master/assets.txt.

Best for security (malware/phishing) protection and overall ad blocking is the NoTracking list: https://github.com/notracking/hosts-blocklists This list is curated very actively and will cover most other lists.
