  Terraform enables you to safely and predictably create, change, and improve infrastructure. It is a source-available tool that codifies APIs into declarative configuration files that can be shared amongst team members, treated as code, edited, reviewed, and versioned.

  

I personally use Terraform but as you mention in the article, it comes down to personal preference. I haven’t minded the syntax change and have found it’s the best option but if you do require a more traditional coding style, I recommend CDKTF.
