  This provider is for configuring Elasticsearch (and in the future any other parts of the stack). If you want to automate spinning up ECE, there's an ansible playbook for installing on multiple hosts at once. Regardless, to set up infra for ECE you'll need any common CSP terraform provider (to spin up vms, networking etc) this isn't related to the providers above.
