i think one instance rebs is referring to is this: https://github.com/waidesoper/vaultaddons/releases/tag/1.0.1 where someone readded removed commands used for twitch integration, they also once had a bigger project where they readded some removed features like the arenas but they removed it awhile back due to request from the dev team.

well the integrations are EPL1 it's a mod called twitch spawns and the source can be found here: https://github.com/iGoodie/TwitchSpawn the mod simply called commands in "/the_vault internal" library that were removed. which again borrowing any code form there opens them up further to ground of it being "publicly licensed".
