Advent of Code on December 11, 2021 solved with the Commodore 64

I earned my 21st and 22nd star with a BASIC program on my Commodore 64. It runs 1 hour and 21 minutes with the example dataset. The source code is on Github. Here is a screenshot of the result: C64 screenshot

Multiple years of Advent of Code solutions. (by SwampThingTom)

Nice! I've been having fun going back to the 2015 puzzles and doing them in different languages, roughly in the order in which I learned them. I did day 1 in BASIC. And I just finished day 2 in 6502 assembly running on a C64 emulator (VICE). Here's my emulator screenshot.

  • Scout APM

Less time debugging, more time building. Scout APM allows you to find and fix performance issues with no hassle. Now with error monitoring and external services monitoring, Scout is a developer's best friend when it comes to application development.
