Apparently it’s more complicated than I envisioned. I learned I need to update the arducopter.h firmware (located here: https://github.com/ArduPilot/ardupilot/blob/master/ArduCopter/Copter.h) the lines of code needed, upload that, and THEN I can do it. Problem is I don’t know C++ all too well (I’m more familiar with Matlab and Python, but I’m still learning these as well). My group has tried pouring through the enormous libraries, but we’re not sure where to even start.
