My solution has been to install Palakis' OBS-NDI plugin, and NDI tools just for NDI Studio Monitor. Once that's set up, I can send my OBS preview - audio and video - to the NDI Monitor and then broadcast that window to discord like you would stream a game. This is how I've streamed my PS4 to Discord - in to OBS via capture card, then from OBS to a window via NDI, then to discord by broadcasting that NDI Monitor window.
However, if your OBS' audio feed is just Desktop Audio, anything anyone says on the discord call will be picked up by OBS and sent back through the broadcast, so I recommend you learn how to control your audio sources, in particular using the Win-Capture-Audio plugin to select what specific apps you want OBS to fetch the audio from, to isolate your game audio instead of just getting Desktop Audio from a device.
