I use Kanjium for the pitch accents. Either through Yomichan or through jotoba.de (which is pretty much jisho, but with a few improvements like pitch accent or, when searching by radicals, selecting radicals by pronunciation or meaning instead of by number of strokes)
Jisho.org being closed-source, it means that, in theory, if whatever happens to the maker (Kim Ahlström, @Kimtaro on Twitter) or they suddenly want to monetize, there'll be no way back. It most probably won't happen, as the author even open-sourced the classic Jisho.org 12 years ago.
