Dart eng person here. Can you file one or more issues in the Dart repo here? The analyzer folks can work with you there to get more details and track down what's going on. We're super interested in hearing about these sorts of things when they arise - we don't get a lot of visibility into problems that external developers are having unless we get issues filed (or happen to see feedback in places like this, thanks!). FYI - ML completion was removed a while ago, so that's not likely to be the culprit, but there were unrelated changes that landed around the same time that could be.
