Even if you can run it on modern versions of Windows, you will either have to use winevdm (and some workarounds) or a 32-bit edition of Windows with NTVDM enabled. Support for DOS and 16-bit applications are completely absent in any 64-bit edition of Windows, not even Windows XP, since NTVDM depends on virtual 8086 mode, which isn't supported in long mode.
