Let me suggest Medusa, which is an open-source alternative to Shopify built in React. It provides most of the same standard features that Shopify's backend gives out of the box (e.g. E2E order handling, easy-to-use admin interface etc.) but with a much better developer experience; giving unlimited customization and extensibility options. It comes with a lot of pre-built plugins to Stripe, Strapi, Contentful, Segment, and many others. Likewise, it has some nice to use out-of-the-box starters to spin up a store immediately.
