  • Groove Music does have a shuffle option - it's in the three dot menu to the right of the play/fastforward controls. Also "shuffle all" from the songs/artists/albums tabs. For other programs, you already have windows media player, which isn't actually bad. VLC is the go-to video and audio player. And I've heard good things about Winamp as a retro music player (looks like they're doing some weird beta thing, just scroll down until you get to the download). They all have shuffle buttons, of course.
