    what do you mean by resource? because I've found plenty of resources for those things you say are scarce. With CS resources it seems everyone wants to make a list of resource links for every topic. One being this one: https://teachyourselfcs.com/ in my CS degree i had the courses you mention, they revolved around 1-2 books each
