Is it possible to install 'stock' (free of manufacturer-specific software skins such as One UI, EMUI, MIUI) Andorid 11 onto a device which only supported up to Android 7? Obviously by rooting only or some such - I am no expert on this topic. (and I may just sound like an idiot)
