I've worked in almost 30 different languages, but I'm usually only "fluent" in one or two at a time. I can pretty easily get back up to speed in ones I've used before, and I've found having a "cheat sheet", to remind me of the syntax of the language (e.g. https://learnxinyminutes.com/ or "cookbooks" on how to do common things) helps with that. Most of them support the same features, just with different details and syntax. A few have more unique features; I tend to avoid those unless it's my main language at the time.
