Sometimes I wish games like this would offer a bug bounty program where they let developers into their source (under NDA) and offer bounties for solving specific issues (see https://www.bountysource.com). We'd have time skips fixed in a day, but then of course the world would know the state of their codebase, any easter eggs would be leaked, some major exploits would be revealed and taken advantage of, and private servers would spring up.
