SurveyJS
Open-Source JSON Form Builder to Create Dynamic Forms Right in Your App. With SurveyJS form UI libraries, you can build and style forms in a fully-integrated drag & drop form builder, render them in your JS app, and store form submission data in any backend, inc. PHP, ASP.NET Core, and Node.js.
You can turn your existing NextJS web app into a progressive web app, meaning that it can be installed on any device as if it were a native app without actually being one. This can be achieved through solutions like Next PWA. Alternatively, you could build a native app from scratch. To build for both iOS and Android and minimise development costs, you could use Flutter.
I'm sorry but I can't help you much here. Never built an hybrid app with NextJS. I've used Ionic before for building hybrid apps, but it was simple React. You could search if there's something similar for Next. Best of luck!
His talk can be found here. An example repository he mentioned is here.
