Teleport has a concept of elevated access, a user requests a privileged role and with the request provides a justification, if I require a ticket number as the justification I’d like that request to be either received or read by servicenow, and if the ticket exists then the request is automatically approved. I would either need ServiceNow to interact with my Teleport API, or with this plugin: https://github.com/gravitational/teleport/tree/master/examples/workflows
