This one is definitely already in the works. I'm a documentation fiend and I've been revamping all of our docs since I started working here. I mostly plan on using Docusaurus for our internal Support wiki as it's relatively easily editable (it's all in markdown), but still has a nice UI to it for all our staff that like shiny interfaces and don't want to deal with a bland looking wiki-clone/Sharepoint. I'm not sure if I want to segregate out our Support info from our Ops info, but I may end up running something like the GitLab Handbook as well.
