If you want something simple I would recommend adding a host override in your router or DNS-Server for following domains diag.meethue.com, diagnostics.meethue.com, ws.meethue.com, mqtt.2030.ltsapis.goog. If this is not possible with your router I would also recommend you to take a look at https://pi-hole.net. Plus it adds a AdBlocker to your network.
