Radarr under mono is end of life and not supported going forward, upgrade to .net like the health check error in your app should say
There is plenty of QA; there is no Radarr bug here in anyway shape or form. Your issue is your environment having out of date mono certs. Additionally, you seem to have dropped the ball as if you are running the mono version of Radarr you should have a health error saying mono is end of life and like every healthcheck message has a bluebook that links to the wiki, in this case saying to upgrade to .Net
