SaaSHub
SaaSHub - Software Alternatives and Reviews. SaaSHub helps you find the best software and product alternatives
I see a lot of people mention VLC. So I'll recommend MPC-HC&MadVR. Madvr supports native HDR, has settings to adjust your monitor's refresh rate to match the video to make it less juddery, better scaling algorithms, automatic removal of hardcoded black bars (which is nice for ultrawide users), etc. MPC is built on the ffmpeg library just like VLC, so it can also decode nearly everything.
Or you could use [scoop](scoop.sh) to install things in the first place. Then you can use it to uninstall them too.
Chocolatey
I would recommend Bulk Crap Uninstaller because it's free and open source.
TurboTop to force programs to be Always on Top, but there are dozens of other programs that do the same thing and you can do the same with AutoHotkey if you don't trust them (just so happens that I've been using TurboTop for ages).
Not really a program but uBlock Origin (browser extension) deserves a mention.

Libre Office and OnlyOffice are both in their own ways great office suites that are FOSS.

Check out Syncthing if you want something which is more like a p2p Dropbox/Drive alternative. I use it to sync my personal files and music collection across multiple devices(NAS, desktop, laptop and phone).
SoundSwitch - it has a number of uses but I use it to switch easily back and forth between my headset and speakers.

winget and [scoop](scoop.sh) might also be of interest to you
