I use a RPI next to it that's connected to network and hooked up to the mobo's serial port. I activated Debian's serial output and I SORT OF have OOB management (as long as the OS is booted, but I can reach the console even if the NAS is out of network). You can have a look at https://github.com/pikvm/pikvm for a more expensive but much better solution
