Joplin runs on Linux, Android, Windows and Mac, and is phenomenal. It supports OneDrive, DropBox, NextCloud and Owncloud in the application, or even to a local filesystem so you can possibly pass it to a sync service of your choice manually. I've been using it for the last school year.
Currently QOwnNotes. Before that I had used Cherrytree. If you don't have a problem with non open source software, you can also look at Obsidian. However, as far as I know, none of the mentioned tools supports drawing. But I'm not sure, because I didn't need this function myself.

If you're cool with it not being a desktop client, I really, really love using Notion.
I use Notion via Lotion (there are some other alternatives like notion-repackaged).
