Also works nice in combination with mpv and mpvacious if you are watching videos with subs and want cards with audio/pictures. Sometimes subs are out of sync, but mpv keyboard shortcuts allow you to retime the subs easily for one-time viewing. It also supports Youtube videos, so works even then, as long as the videos have subs.
